We offer this Service free of charge to help UAE residents and international buyers make informed decisions when purchasing used vehicles. The Service is provided "as-is" and we make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of the information provided.

As a user of VinCheckr.ae, you agree to the following responsibilities:

Lawful Use: You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the Service to engage in any activity that violates local, national, or international law.

Accurate Information: You will provide accurate and valid Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) when using the Service. You will not attempt to manipulate, forge, or falsify VINs to obtain unauthorized information.

Independent Verification: You acknowledge that the information provided by VinCheckr.ae should be used as one of several tools when evaluating a vehicle purchase. You agree to independently verify all information and to have any vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic before making a purchase decision.

Data Privacy: You will respect the privacy of others and will not use information obtained from the Service to engage in identity theft, stalking, or other privacy violations.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

VinCheckr.ae specifically disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

Accuracy of Information: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant that the information provided through the Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Vehicle history data may be incomplete, outdated, or contain inaccuracies due to reporting errors, delays in database updates, or limitations in our data sources.

Availability: We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VINCHECK.AE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for:

VinCheckr.ae's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed AED 100 (one hundred UAE Dirhams), regardless of the theory of liability.

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, and even if VinCheckr.ae has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information obtained from the Service. We strongly recommend having any vehicle independently inspected by a qualified professional before purchase.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VinCheckr.ae and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Content: All text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and other materials on the Service (excluding user-provided VINs and third-party data) are the property of VinCheckr.ae or its licensors.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to:

Data Rights: While the vehicle information we provide may come from public sources, our compilation, presentation, and analysis of this data is proprietary. You may not systematically extract, compile, or create databases from our Service without written permission.

User Submissions: If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other communications to us, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for any purpose.

Third-Party Content: The Service may contain links to third-party websites or content. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy or legality.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Service, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Dispute Resolution: Before filing any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues through negotiation.

Arbitration: If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring any claims against VinCheckr.ae in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

International Users: If you are accessing the Service from outside the UAE, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. The Service is controlled and operated from the UAE, and we make no representations that it is appropriate or available for use in other locations.

VinCheckr.ae reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any material changes.
